Lumber Liquidators was evolving, transforming from a cheap discount flooring store to a lifestyle-focused, home decor haven. They were on the hunt for an agency to handle their paid and organic social media—and my team and I were ready to jump in. With a campaign introducing the newly named LL Flooring to the world, as well as an approachable and upbeat online presence, my writing launched the brand higher using a welcoming tone of voice and a curious nature into the world of flooring and decor. Art director Deanna Brown storyboarded and edited all art accompanying my copy.
